As you can see from the photograph above, the 'Coombe Abbey Inn' nestles right next door to the 'The Hearsall Inn' so it is a matter of falling out of one and into the other.

Part of the Craven Street run and just a short hop (or stagger) to the other three pubs in this area.

There are two rooms, Bar at the front and a Lounge to the rear which comes out onto a terraced garden (steep - beware) and also a gate to Hearsall Lane.
