The Black Horse

A warm freindly locals pub which has always had it's fair share of characters including the previous land lord Brendon (sadly no longer with us) and his good lady Bridie.

It has been saved from demoltion on several occasions in respect of Council plans for road widening.

Comprising of three rooms two with open fire (bar & lounge), cosy during the colder months of the year.

The third room is to the rear of the premises (can be entered via side door of the pub) a pleasant open area with wooden floor.

There is also now an outside seating area to the side with tables and benches.

There is a TV in the bar (sports events) & live music on a Sunday Lunch, no juke box, but the house choice.

Hand Pulled Ales
